Processing and Fulfillment

Because each piece of Sigla Furniture is meticulously handcrafted and made to order, our fulfillment process begins once your order is confirmed. Please note that the time to create your furniture piece is separate from the shipping time.

Shipping & Carrier Partners

We partner with a network of trusted third-party freight carriers to ensure your custom furniture is delivered safely. Once your item is ready to ship, we will select the most suitable carrier to handle the delivery of your order.

Shipping Rates & Quotes

Shipping rates are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Because we are shipping unique, handcrafted items, the shipping cost provided at checkout is an initial estimate.

After your order is placed, a member of our team will contact you with a finalized shipping quote. The final price may vary slightly from the initial estimate, but we will always confirm the final cost with you before the item is shipped.

For your convenience, all orders totaling over $2,000 automatically qualify for free shipping within the continental United States.

Damage During Transit

We take utmost care in packaging and shipping your furniture. However, in the rare event that your item arrives damaged during transit, it is crucial that the customer files a claim directly with the freight forwarder. Thorough inspection upon delivery is highly recommended. We are unable to offer refunds or returns for shipping damage as this must be handled directly with the shipping carrier.

International Shipping

At this time, we only offer shipping to the continental United States. We do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or international destinations.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly and completely at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.
